Bryant Family Vineyard's Cabernet Sauvignon is notoriously hard to get hold off, available through a waiting list only. It is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on a 13-acre estate vineyard on Pritchard Hill, overlooking Lake Hennessey. This First Growth vineyard is meticulously farmed by David Abreu, with whom the Bryant family has been working with for 12 years

”…a rare but magnificent forest floor/floral aromatic profile with lavishly rich, ripe notes of crème de cassis, blueberry and black raspberry liqueur. Fleshy, opulent, full-bodied and multidimensional, it conceals some significant tannins behind its wealth of extract and fruit…. gorgeously pure as well as impeccably well-balanced with a seamless integration of tannin, acidity, alcohol and wood. In fact, the new oak component, which is significant, is largely obliterated by the wine’s stunning fruit. This majestic Cabernet Sauvignon should age effortlessly for 25-30 years.

“This brilliant estate high on Pritchard Hill has produced some of the greatest Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon since it first burst on the scene.” Robert Parker
